What’s included in the subscription?

Subscriptions include C2 licenses and their updates. You also get access to our support team, who are always standing by to answer your questions and inquiries.

What support channels do you offer?

We’re just a phone call or email away. You can also get in touch through the C2 portal and send your queries to our team that way.

What type of licensing is available?

C2 offers named and concurrent (floating) licenses. A named license is tied to a particular user. With concurrent licenses, you can have as many users as you want, as long as the number of connected users isn’t greater than the number of licenses.

What about integrations with third party apps?

C2 offers a complete API and external applications easily communicate with the platform. It’s also possible to call web services directly.

To what extent can the application be customized?

We’re serious about flexibility! All the fields in the application are customizable.

Is there an on-premises (installed) version?

No, C2 is an ITSM-as-a-service software only available as a subscription. Please contact us for custom solutions.

Where will be my data located and stored?

US clients are hosted on MS Azure in Microsoft datacenters. For Canadian clients, C2 servers are located in Montréal with a DR site in Québec City hosted on Sherweb Performance Cloud.
